Biomerics operates a variety of cast molding equipment including computer control mixing machines, batch tanks, degassers, heat tables, and batch ovens.  Open cast molding is typically used for large or low quantity applications where it is not practical to use traditional injection molding processes.  We have cast parts that are large as 400 pounds. We are able to insert mold, add fillers, and custom colors as needed to meet the demands of the application or customer specification.

   
Biomerics offers full service polymer development ,an on-site chemist and a quality lab.  We have the ability to engineer and characterize custom materials for each customers’ specific application needs.  All of our cast molding is manufactured in our ISO 9001:2008 registered facility.
